I am not personally a Barista but I do work in customer service so..

I’m sorry, but despite the fact that I ask how you are doing every time you come up to the counter to order something, I don’t actually care. The whole idea of “How are you.” is just to get the response of “great” so I can tell you to have a nice day so you can walk away and I can get paid. I have no interest in the fact that you kid is driving you insane. I understand that you all have lives but I really do not care what is going on in them if it doesn’t involve me.

Also, if you ask I will say my name.. but please stop trying to add me on facebook…
